Registration Details

Registration for QUESTnet2008 can be completed online by submitting the secure registration form. Should you require a copy of the submitted information please print each screen BEFORE submitting. Cheques should be made payable to Martin Lack & Associates and forwarded to:

Accommodation

Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated at the HOTEL. All rates are for single, twin or double occupancy. To book your accommodation, please use the online registration facility or contact the conference organisers Martin Lack and Associates (Please do not contact the hotel direct). Cancellations

All cancellations must be advised in writing. A full refund will be given if notified prior to 17 June 2008. An administration fee of $160 will be charged if the cancellation occurs in the two weeks 18 June-1 July 2008. The full registration fee will be charged for all delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel prior to 1 July 2008. Of course you may send a substitute.
