Revenue Generation for Higher Education Institutions via Outreach
ABSTRACT:
With approximately 3,700 video endpoints in K-12 schools across Australia and New Zealand, the need for enriched curriculum content has never been in more demand than now. This presentation will give ideas to Institutions who are thinking about increasing their revenue through outreach. James' presentation will cover ideas on which programs, what type of content is in most demand and give ideas to create your own programs.

SUMMARY:
Many Universities are now thinking of new ways to not only attract future students to their institution, but how to build a new revenue stream through digital outreach. In this presentation, Lynnette will discuss which Universities (in Australia and globally) have created content enriched programs and learn of their success.
Higher Educators will be provided with concepts for potential content and learn which programs may be suitable for Australian and New Zealand schools - programs such as; music education, art/drama/dance, history, marine biology, life science, Asian studies, languages, science, environment studies, astronomy, medicine, professional development workshops, ancient studies, economics & business, anthropology, archeology, literature and professor talks. Some programs attract fees from $125 to $1,100 per booking.
