Birds of a Feather Session: Launching AARNet's New Video Conference Booking, Recording and Streaming Services
AARNet’s National Video Conferencing Services (NVCS) will announce the launch of AARNet’s new Renovo Booking system and Recording & Streaming Service for video conferencing and present a detailed overview of these services and their implications for the sector.
During this presentation AARNet will cover the changes from the old booking system, including the provisioning of a Polycom RMX MCU which will sit alongside the Codian HD and SD resources previously offered by NVCS. Case studies on implementation of the new booking and recording/streaming system, as well as a walk through of the feature set and workflow management will be conducted to familiarise the audience with the new product.
A short live demonstration of the services will follow the presentation giving participants an overview of the basic feature sets as well as highlighting the new features now available to the sector.
Interested parties will be given details on how they can sign up for this new service and will be provided with information about the service offering and on-boarding process.
