This interactive workshop is aimed at senior IT managers and technical managers who are being challenged at their university to provide relevant services to staff and students in an increasingly dynamic and mobile environment with a plethora of diverse devices. The services may involve voice, video and text elements and may be delivered by private or public clouds.
