ACCOMMODATION
Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated at Jupiters Hotel and Casino with all rates covering single, double or twin occupancy. To book your accommodation, please use the secure registration form. Alternatively, please contact the conference organisers – ConferenceIT (please do not contact the hotel direct).

Accommodation Cancellations
All accommodation cancellations must be advised in writing to questnet2011@conferenceit.com.au. Please be aware that accommodation cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur charges equal to one night of the booking. Accommodation cancellations 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur charges equal to the full duration of the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be advised in writing to questnet2011@conferenceit.com.au. The following cancellation fees apply:

Before 22 June 2011: full refund
Between 22 June – 6 July 2011: AUD $160 cancellation fee
After 6 July 2011: the full registration fee will be charged however you are welcome to send a substitute
