Pervasive broadband access, social networks, education content and collaboration are expanding the digital borders of the classroom.
NBN Co will provide an update on the rollout of the national broadband network and discuss how Australia is well positioned in the global education market and has the opportunity to lead the education transformation, sharing early education examples and initiatives.

2.    Internet2 K20 Initiative
The National Internet2 K20 Initiative brings together Internet2 member institutions and innovators from primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, libraries, and museums to extend new technologies, applications, middleware, and content to all educational sectors, as quickly and connectedly as possible. For more information, please see http://k20.internet2.edu.

3.    Virtual Excursions: Going Global
