Registration Acknowledgement
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing by email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Please check this information for accuracy and notify in writing any amendments required to the Conference Secretariat via questnet@conlog.com.au
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration
Delegates who are unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All alterations, substitutions and cancellations MUST be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat:

All cancellations of attendance must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager, Conference Logistics.
- A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $100 will be made to those received before 1 June 2013.
- A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received between 2 June and 15 June 2013.
- No refunds will be made from 16 June 2013, however substitutes are welcome.
- All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.
Substitute delegates will be accepted without charge. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure.
Social Functions will not be refunded after 16 June 2013.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Privacy
In accordance with regulations set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, the conference organisers may provide your name and organisation details to service providers that perform services such as mailing houses, sponsors and exhibitors. Inappropriate or unauthorised use of your contact information is not permitted. A list of participants will be produced which includes individuals’ details such as name, organisation, email address and phone number. This will be given to delegates upon registration. If you do not consent to the Conference providing your contact information for one or both of these purposes, please tick the relevant privacy box(es) on the registration form or notify the Conference Secretariat.
