Contact with the 'cloud' - student email, how easy was it really?!?!

Jouni Stroja

Birds of a Feather (BoF)/ Round Table General Discussion...

Make contact with staff from the University of Queensland and QUT who have been involved in implementing and supporting hosted email services for students. This is an opportunity to ask questions about the experiences of implementing and living with student email services in the ‘cloud’. We aim to send you away with the good, the bad, and the ugly answers of selecting with Live@edu. Would the answers be different if we’d walk the path with Google?!?

Come prepared with your questions and experiences relating to feasibility, trials, assessment, contracts, project planning, staff involved, local decisions, $ savings, provisioning, communications, what worked - what didn’t, the ‘if onlys…’, ongoing support, etc.
