All fees include 10% GST

Registration rates do not include accommodation and breakfast.

Tutorial/Workshop prices are NOT included in the price of the conference (see below for prices).

Workshops/Tutorials

For Tuesday 5th July

** Tutorial prices are not included in the conference fees.

Full Day Cost per tutorial - $110 per person
Half Day Cost per tutorial - $60 per person

NOTE: attendance for two half-days will cost $120

Cancellations

All cancellations must be advised in writing. A full refund will be given if notified prior to 17 June 2005. An administration fee of $160 will be charged if the cancellation occurs in the two weeks 17 June – 1 July 2005. The full registration fee will be charged for all delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel prior to 2 July 2005. Of course you may send a substitute.
