Cancellations


All cancellations must be advised in writing. A full refund will be given if notified prior to 16 June 2006 . An administration fee of $160 will be charged if the cancellation occurs in the two weeks 17 June - 30 June 2006 . The full registration fee will be charged for all delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel prior to 30 June 2006 . Of course you may send a substitute.
