Paper Presentation Proposal

Presentation Guidelines:

Anyone from the university, private or research sectors may submit a proposal on any topic but not limited to, issues suggested in the "Call for Papers". The Organising Committee are looking for papers that will take approximately 35 minutes to present, allowing an additional 10 minutes for questions and/or discussion.

All proposals will be reviewed by the QUESTnet 2000 Conference Organising Committee and will be selected to provide a program that offers a balanced treatment of issues related to the conference theme: "Telecommunications Across the Range".

Abstracts should be submitted before the end of April, 2000 with proposal respondents to be notified of decisions by 15 May, 2000.

Speaker Expectations:

Presenters are responsible for registering in advance for the conference, paying the appropriate registration fee, and securing and paying for travel and accommodation.

All presenters are encouraged to document presentations by contributing their paper and/or accompanying audio-visual material for the conference proceedings. Papers should be submitted in electronic form (Word-processed, or HTML).

All conference papers accepted will be made available on the Internet via the QUESTnet 2000 Conference Web Site.
