Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements, and the following information may be of assistance when making plans.  Contact details are provided below.

Ansett and Qantas operate regular services throughout the day to Brisbane Airport, which is less than two hours drive from Toowoomba. Both airlines have network partners who operate up to six connecting flights daily to Toowoomba.

Regular coach (McCafferty's / Greyhound) connections are available from Brisbane to Toowoomba. As a courtesy, we will advise the Conference Organiser with all delegate arrival times as submitted to us. Nonetheless transport from Brisbane to Toowoomba will be your responsibility.

The Airport Flyer operates a regular return service from Brisbane to Toowoomba six days per week (Mon-Fri and Sunday). Reservations can be made direct with The Airport Flyer, or through a travel agent, but pre-booking is essential.

Cars leaving Brisbane Airport should take the Gateway Arterial South following signs to Ipswich and then Toowoomba. The University is to the south of the City and is clearly signposted once you reach the top of the range.
